About 50 BJU art camp students came to the studio this afternoon. So many aspiring artists interested in everything from graphic design to fashion design, from drawing to painting, from illustration to sculpting. So much inspiration in the air, that I didn't even need coffee!
This was the second week of visitors.
Talking to them today, I couldn't help but think about opportunities that await them. It's not really important what they create, or what they do as a career, but whose lives they touch along the way.
We had a great time in the gallery, looking at Roger Bruckner's wall of encaustics and Tracey Robson's numerous paintings. They asked great questions and got to see the small scale model for my next life-size work.Â
I wish them all the best.Â
Create good work, my friends. It's your gift.
